This is all stored by Google, and not us.

We store and use data associated within our Discord App Serivce. This data is stored through the usage of databases from Mongo DB Atlas.

Through Mongo DB we only store data tied to Discord and our Discord App Service. Personal Data is not collected and stored through a third party databse service. If and when we collect Personal Data, we will not store the data longer that 30 days.

User Data is stored indefinetly, the only time User Data is not stored is upon request of deletion from our databases.

If you are from the European Union (EU) or United States of America (USA) you may exersise the right to request the deletion of your data stored through Mongo DB Atlas.

In order to request deletion, we will ask for your User Information this includes, but is not limited to:

All deletion requests are made through the Discord Platform by contacting a Support Team member. Once requested it will take up to 2-3 hours to process the deletion.

Some User Data may be deleted without user request upon discretion from the Service developers. These deletions will be announced through the Discord Service ("Switch") and you will be allowed to request your data to be backed up. To request data to be backed up we will ask for your User Information this includes, but is not limited to:

If your data was deleted and you did not request a backup in the timeframe provided, your data will be lost. To prevent sudden deletion of data, we ask you to keep record of all data stored so we can proccess a "recovery" of missing or deleted data.

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Data that may be stored, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. The Service ("Discord") does not permit users under the age of 13, we do not knowingly collect Data that identifies a users age nor do we ask for such information.
